Our renowned pharmaceutical client company is looking for a full-time Global Product Manager Operations (m/f/d) to start on 1. March 2021.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Performing comprehensive product management and overseeing assigned products throughout their product life cycle
- Leading cross-functional teams and representing project and product related topics
- Preparing and implementing management decisions for the assigned projects and products and supporting management decisions outside
- The main contact person for decision-making bodies, which are relevant to our Product Life Cycle Management
- Establishing launch capability for assigned projects (considering product quality, timelines and costs) and launching new products on the market
- Leading strategic initiatives with the aim of improving and innovating the Product Governance/Product Life Cycle Management process

Das bringen Sie mit
- Master’s degree (e.g. MBA, MSc), Diploma or PhD degree in Natural or Applied Sciences (Pharmaceutics, Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or Bioengineering) with a strong background in business administration
- Long-standing professional experience in a comparable position as well as experience in leading international and culturally diverse teams
- Professional experience in at least one of the following areas: Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing, Biopharmaceutical Quality Control/Assurance, Experience of NBE or Biosimilar development
- Excellent project management skills paired with strategic thinking mindset and conflict resolution skills
- Financial and regulatory acumen as well as internal customer orientation
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and strong willingness to succeed
- Fluent in English and German in writing and speaking
